WorkSource is the publicly-funded workforce system in Travis County, Texas. Our network of partners and providers offer a wide range of no- and low-cost employment solutions for employers and individuals including recruitment services, job search assistance, training, child care and educational initiatives.

The organization is overseen by WorkSource – Greater Austin Area Workforce Board, a 27-person board of directors representing business, economic development, education, labor, community organizations, and the public sector. The board is one of 28 workforce boards established by the Texas Legislature in 1995.
