WorkSource - Greater Austin Area Workforce Board is the governing and leadership body for the public workforce services administered in Travis County. The board of directors is made up of 24 community leaders from business, education, labor, economic development, community-based organizations, literacy, rehabilitation agencies, public assistance agencies, and the public employment service. The board sets policy and directs an annual budget of more than $27 million for workforce programs in the area.
